No exceptions, they just follow the dollar, and they have just gotten the last dollar from me.This volume contains the Proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Text, Speech and Dialogue, held in Brno, Czech Republic, in September 2004, under the auspices of the Masaryk University. However this is a company with little to no concern for customers. So unless you never have to go to them for any customer service, or care your okay. No RMA issued I am to just return them at a pure loss, what with shipping costs.
They have not been used and I dare say this should have been the exception. No exceptions at all, I can return them on my dime. So not only would it hurt to use because of my port but would hinder the IV when getting infusions.

When being used the fall right on my port for chemotherapy and that was the reason for buying these. Not just because I didn't like them medically they will hinder what I wanted to do with them. For medical reasons, I am not able to use them. I received from them today to neck supports. I am not sure where my request to buy 4 more of an item fits in there it was not unreasonable.īut wait, it does not end there. To cancel the order with no warning and completely depriving a customer of items? They hung their hat on this policy - *** Please note we have the right to cancel ANY order at ANY time for various reasons, especially ones that concern unexpected stock unavailability of an item you have purchased, or if unreasonable requests were not able to be met, as well as berating or demeaning our Customer Service Team while their only goal is to provide solutions to your issues and requests.** I have on occasion done that with other companies and they either added or sent and email saying they could not do that. Well to my surprise they cancelled the order on me rather than leaving the original order in place and sending an email saying sorry can't do that. In January I ordered outdoor lights and after thinking about it I wanted more of them so I sent an email asking if they could add more to the order. Fulfillment can be very slow (4-6 weeks occasionally), but tracking orders is easy on the site orders which can ship immediately are noted. Unlike some have claimed, I have never had a problem getting a refund from customer service (returns are seldom needed if not abused). As with anything you are buying sight unseen and where there are no buyer/user reviews (but if you are diligent you can often find reviews for products on other sites), quality can occasionally be a crapshoot (and of course, descriptions are always glowing). While with careful searching you might be able to find the same items for a lower price somewhere (even on Amazon or EBay), however the prices here are never bad, and they often have close out, overstocked or discontinued items at very good prices. I have used "that daily deal" and their affiliated sites such as "" since around 2008-2009ish, and have purchased dozens of items from these sites.
